My Philosophy

Creativity and Innovation are possible in any setting. Many times, all people need is just a shift in perspective.  My goal is to help people open themselves and their organizations to new ways of processing their challenges to bring about breakthrough thinking. Every setback is an opportunity to learn new ways of thinking. Every new challenge brims with the possibility of rising to the next level.

The Process

Wade Innovation is anchored in the Foursight Thinking Profile approach to Creative Problem Solving and Innovation. This research based process is used by  several Fortune 500 companies, universities, non profits and individual small businesses.  The process uses assessments and debriefs supplemented with team assessments, strategic planning or ongoing consultations. The first step of the process is an individual consult with the leadership of the organization or team. Training and consulting sessions show how to apply breakthrough thinking in the day to day.  

The Outcomes

Individuals and organizations who have engaged in this process increased their levels of communication, team effectiveness and ability to generate more innovative plans of action.  The modality is backed with extensive research (details of which are available on request) demonstrating the usability, reliability, and validity of the process. Many of the most successful, innovative companies incorporate intentional creative problem solving to achieve greater results.

About Wade Innovation


Wade Innovation is owned by Suzann Wade, a certified trainer in the Foursight Thinking Profile. Suzann is an accomplished speaker, writer and trainer. She served as a consultant with Creative Oklahoma's Oklahoma Creative Communities. She has spent her entire career mentoring, training and empowering diverse populations of people to take on new challenges. In addition, as a 19 year survivor of brain cancer which resulted in the loss of the sensory processing part of her brain, Suzann learned  how to develop new neuron pathways of processing information.  As a result, she has a unique perspective on ways to develop new pathways in response to broken systems and how to improve current pathways of effectiveness to stimulate innovation. Building an Innovative Team

Albert Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution." When we think about innovative teams, they tend to be teams that have learned how to harness their collective power of imagination.  Suzann's team trainings assess the preferences of each team member as to how they engage in the creative process. A team profile emerges then allowing each team member to better understand the team as a whole and work together within a common framework and using a common language to decrease negativity and increase collective innovation,

Personal Training for Entrepeneurs

Thomas Edison once said, "If I find ten thousand ways something won't work, I haven't failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is just one more step forward." Being an entrepeneur in business, the non profit world, in a church or even in education can be a lonely, frustrating endeavor. This one on one counseling equips entrepeneurs with the tools, skills and support they need to move through their failures in progressive ways that set them on the course for greater innovation.

Strategic Planning and Next Steps

Innovation is an ongoing process. All of us have been to moving training experiences, attended webinars, or read books that truly inspired us. But once the training is over or the book is back on the shelf, applying what we learned over the long haul can sometimes go by the wayside. This service allows clients to have an ongoing relationship and check ins with Suzann that help them to apply what they learned to challenges or opportunities that arise on a monthly basis.
